At Serviclients Informática, we are looking for a Workplace Solutions Architect to join our Pre‑Sales Delivery team. The ideal candidate will bring 5 years of experience as a solutions architect for digital and desktop environments—including at least 2 years leading large-scale proposals and designing complex, multi-technology architectures and managed workplace services.
Key Responsibilities
- Overall responsibility for the technical architecture of the solution, costs, and pricing.
- Design the solution in a formal offer document based on client requirements.
- Lead the presale/bid process for new business opportunities, providing the complete solution and coordinating the team of solution architects throughout the process.
- Ensure that the architecture features and services meet non-functional requirements such as security, performance, reliability, etc.
- Responsible for the production of high-level designs and supervise the low-level design and other technical documents related to the project.
- Collaborate with client stakeholders to understand how they can deliver the benefits of workplace solutions to their organizations while reducing risks through automation and request remediation.
- Leverage hands-on customer experience and proof-of-concept to educate and engage a broader community of customers, partners, and coworkers.
- Evaluate existing workplace strategies and conduct TCO analysis and security considerations as part of a workplace solution adoption framework.
Requirements & Skills
- Fluency in Spanish and English.
- High communication skills and ability to present solutions to customers.
- Skills in ITIL, PMP methodologies, and experience in designing Agile/Scrum services.
- Experience in implementing methodologies and processes in services.
- Experience in the transformation and evolution of IT workplace services.
- Architecture design for workplace solutions and migration from on-premise environments to cloud solutions, mainly in Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace.
- Experience in technology consulting projects: infrastructure transformation and evolution, digital transformation, and workplace solution adoption.
- Definition of strategies and roadmaps for workplace solutions.
- Conducting readiness assessments for workplace solutions from technical and business perspectives.
- Experience in managing costs and preparing pricing models for offers.
- Enjoys leading multidisciplinary teams and can clearly communicate complex technology solutions at all organizational levels.
- Skills in designing global workplace architectures.
