Requisitos
- Active Directory
- MS-Dos
- Windows 10 (settings, use)
- Office suite (2016/O365): use and support/troubleshoot.
- Hardware (connection, setup, troubleshooting)
- Network (basic config of client + troubleshooting for preparation to escalate to network admin)
- Analytic skills, be able to proceed even if the manuals do not cover the issue (yet)
- Ability to break up an issue in smaller problems – elimination process
- Powershell
- SCCM (build OS to new machines, deploy software – packaging not required, monitor installations, analyze logs for preparation to escalate)
- Common IT tools: windows logs, windows registry
- Excellent English written and spoken
Requisitos valorables
- Experience in (any) ticketing system
- Azure/Intune
- Amazon Workspaces
- French/German skills
Horario
- Jornadas de 8 horas/día entre 7.30h y 19.30h (7:30h – 16:30h ó 8:30h – 17:30h ó 10:30h – 19:30h)
